The quality of our products and services depends on the quality of our people. We employ over 50 dedicated professionals, many of whom have worked in hospitals and in other caring roles.
Half of our employees are office based and most are located at our headquarters in Deansgrange, Dublin, coordinating the delivery of products and services to customers and patients, researching new solutions or promoting awareness of the importance of medical nutrition.
The remaining employees work throughout the Ireland and include Nurse advisors who provide training and assistance to home enterally fed patients and health care professionals, Key Account Managers who support hospital-based health care professionals, and Nutrition Product Specialists who provide information, training and assistance to community-based healthcare professionals and institutions.
At Nutricia, we have a really strong culture, which is defined by our four values; Humanism, Openness, Proximity and Enthusiasm. These values are lived throughout Nutricia and Danone world-wide.
Each value demands a number of qualities from our staff:
Sharing: Believing that everyone has a valid contribution to make and people exchange new ideas and information in a trustworthy way.
Responsibility: Caring for the well being of other, being accountable for their actions, understanding its wider impact and never compromising of quality or safety.
Respect: Treat everyone equally and fairly. Show a genuine interest in people and their aspirations
Agility: Providing vitality, energy, speed, flexibility and adaptability.
Curiosity: Characterised by an attitude of awareness and looking ahead, of being attuned to others, refusing to accept preconceived ideas and models, and imagination.
Simplicity: Embodied in a management style that favours informality over formality and pragmatism over theory.
Accessibility: Listening to customers and colleagues at all levels. Inviting others to share their views.
Credibility: Doing what I say I will do. Being true to myself and others.
Empathy: Caring about the difference in the lives of our customers. Working hard to understand the needs of others.
Boldness: Daring to put ideas forward and supporting others to do the same. Testing new ways of working.
Passion: Spreading enthusiasm to the people around me. Wanting to make a difference in whatever I do.
An Appetite for Challenge: Turning obstacles into opportunities and creating a “can do” attitude.
