Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
- 1 small banana
- 100ml / 3½ fl oz orange juice - chilled
- 1 (200ml) bottle Peach and Orange Fortisip Yoghurt Style - chilled
Method / Preparation
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
Use any combination of Fortisip Yoghurt Style and fruit juice to give a varied range of quick and tasty smoothies. Fortisip Yoghurt Style is available in the following flavours: Raspberry, Peach and Orange, and Vanilla Lemon.
