Cheesy Mashed Potato Recipe

  • 350g potatoes or 2 large / 4 medium potatoes - peeled and halved
    7g butter
    60ml Neutral Fortisip
    50g grated cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper - to taste
    Add Calogen for extra energy (optional)

Method / Preparation

1. Cook potatoes in boiling hot water until soft. Drain.

2. Mash finely with a potato masher.

3. Add butter, cheese and Fortisip, mix well, season then serve.
