Scrambled Eggs Recipe

  • 1 (200ml) bottle Neutral Fortisip
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • Parsley for garnishing (optional)

Method / Preparation

1. Whisk eggs and Fortisip in a bowl.

2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and gradually add the egg mixture into the pan. Continue to heat, gently stir until the egg has scrambled.

3. Garnish with parsley and serve with toast or brown soda bread.
