NutriAction
NutriAction is a malnutrition intervention strategy for nursing homes developed by the dietitians in Nutricia Medical, with input from nursing homes and community dietitians.
Objectives:
- Train nursing home staff to identify malnutrition early
- Train to use nutrition care plans to record nutritional intervention
- Train how to choose appropriate nutrition intervention
