Anne Cushen gained her honours degree in human nutrition and dietetics in 2003 at University of Wales institute Cardiff (UWIC). She specialised in children’s dietetics in 2013 and around 5 years ago, further specialised in children’s allergy, having worked in a specialist children’s allergy department for 4 years. She now works freelance but continues to support parents of children with food allergies.
