Single use straws

In 2020 we have been removed single use straws from 61 products. This has taken 40 million straws out of circulation and has avoided 19 tonnes of plastic going to landfill. Straws will be removed from paediatric oral nutritional supplements in 2021.

Recyclable OpTri bottles

OpTri bottles for enteral tube feeding are manufactured using 85% less water and produce 21% less CO2 emissions than previously. OpTri bottles are made from high density polyethylene and are fully recyclable.
