The dietary restrictions of sticking to a low protein diet can be demanding. However even though you are on a low protein diet, just like everyone else, it is still important to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

If you have a certain amount of exchanges to add into your diet every day, it can be difficult to find ideas for healthy protein exchanges.
