What you need and where to get them?
- Your dietitian will recommend the type of feed that best meets your needs.
- An initial supply of feed will be provided by Nutricia Homeward when you are discharged from hospital.
- You will be given a prescription to take to your local pharmacy.
- It is important to remember to renew your prescription and to ask your pharmacy to reorder your feed at least a week in advance.
- An initial supply of giving sets (and accessories if required) will be provided by Nutricia Homeward when you are discharged from hospital.
