Loprofin Animal Pasta

Loprofin Animal Pasta is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. For use in the dietary management of inherited metabolic disorders, renal or liver failure requiring a low protein diet.

Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. May contain traces of Soy and Lupin.

The recommended intake of this product is dependent on the age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient. Low Protein Pasta is suitable for use as part of a varied, low protein diet to meet the nutritional requirements of the patient. Boil 1 litre/ 1 ¾ pts/ 1 qt of water in a large pan. Add one serving of dry pasta. Optional - add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt, if allowed. Boil for approx. 8-10 minutes, or until just softened, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with hot or cold water.

Maize Starch, Modified Potato Starch, Emulsifier(E471), Stabiliser(E461), Colour (E160 (a)), Antioxidant(E300). Allergy Advice: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
