Ingredients

6 battered cod - 150g portions
375ml whole milk
300g tartare sauce
salt and pepper to taste
lemon juice to taste
7 scoops Nutilis Clear
Chips 700g potato, mashed
80g tomato ketchup
20ml malt vinegar
salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. For the fish deep fry the battered fish as per pack instructions.
  2. Blend the battered fish with the milk and tartare sauce until smooth.
  3. Pass through a fine sieve to remove any particles.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice before adding Nutilis Clear.
  5. For the chips combine all ingredients and season to taste.
  6. Serving suggestion: Serve with mushy peas, ketchup and mayonnaise.

Additional portions can be frozen for later use or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
