Ingredients

50g gnocchi store bought
100ml water reserved from cooking the gnocci
25ml double cream
25g parmesan cheese pre-grated very fine
5 scoops Nutilis Clear


Method

  1. Bring water to the boil and add gnocchi.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes until soft and well cooked.
  3. Place the cooked gnocchi and water into the blender with cream and grated parmesan cheese and blend until smooth.
  4. Add 5 scoops of Nutilis Clear and blend for a further 20 seconds.
  5. For best results, place in piping bag with star shape end.
  6. Gnocchi can be used in a variety of recipes, such as for pizza bases, bases of beef burgers, or under meat balls.
