Ingredients
1 sachet Scandishake Mix powder, flavour of choice
9fl oz (280ml) whipping cream
Method
- Whisk the Scandishake Mix into the cream until it starts to thicken.
- Place in a freezer for 2-3 hours until set.
- Remove a portion from the freezer for 30 minutes, then serve.
