Ingredients
100g kale
2 tsps olive oil
Seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
Method
- Rip the kale into small pieces, brush with the olive oil on both sides and sprinkle over salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Bake in a 180°c oven for 20/25 minutes until crisp.
- Allow crisps to cool on the tray then store in an airtight container.
Chef's Tip: Great for snacks, lunch boxes or to serve at a party.
