Ingredients
100g mango tinned or fresh (if using fresh mango peel skin and cut flesh from stone)100ml smooth yoghurt
50ml milk
1tsp clear honey to sweeten
Method
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pass through a fine sieve to remove any particles.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
