At Nutricia, we know that many people rely on our products and services and we take this responsibility extremely seriously. As the COVID-19 situation continues, we would like to reassure you that the availability of our products is a priority.
We currently have supplies of all our specialist prescription formula products and our factories are continuing to produce more. We are sending out regular, daily orders and we are working with everyone in the supply chain to do all that we can to ensure good supplies of all our products in pharmacies.
However, due to the pressures of the current situation, there may be some temporary, localised availability issues at pharmacy level. Therefore, you may need to contact more than one pharmacy, or ask your pharmacist to go to more than one supplier, for your prescription to be fulfilled and we advise you call ahead to check availability before setting out on your journey.
We do recognise that this is an extremely anxious time for everyone. Whilst we are doing everything we can to make sure that you get the products that you need, you can help too. Please continue to order your products in their usual quantities as this will help you, and everyone else, get regular, uninterrupted supplies. By keeping the levels of prescriptions as close to normal as possible, we can avoid short-term surges for certain products and help ensure that there are products on the shelves for everyone who needs them.
