100ml Sno-Pro/Loprofin Drink
FOR THE MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE
100g mixed berries
1/2 ripe banana
100ml Sno-Pro/Loprofin Drink
1 tbsp honey
FOR THE BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
75g blueberries
1/2 ripe banana
100ml Sno-Pro/Loprofin Drink
1 tbsp honey
FOR THE MANGO SMOOTHIE
100g mango
1/2 ripe banana
100ml Sno-Pro/Loprofin Drink
1 tbsp honey
Juice of 1/2lime
Method
- Put all the ingredients for your chosen smoothie into a food processor or blender^ and process until smooth and thick.
