Ingredients
70g glace cherries100g dried apricots
3 heaped tbsp Loprofin Rice , cooked
35g porridge oats, uncooked
Method
- In a food processor, blitz together the glace cherries, dried apricots, oats and cooked Loprofin Rice until smooth.
- Using clean hands, roll out 10 evenly-sized balls and chill in the fridge for an hour.
- Store energy balls in the fridge for up to a week.
