Ingredients

50g tinned salmon or tuna
30g mayonnaise
30ml milk
2 scoops Nutilis Clear


Method

  1. Place all ingredients except Nutilis Clear into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in 2 scoops of Nutilis Clear and blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. You can use fruit, fish or sausage moulds to shape the salads. Alternatively use an ice cream scoop or piping bag to display the food on the plate.

Make sure there are no bones in the fish.

Ensure you complete dysphagia texture checks.

Additional portions can be frozen for later use or refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Please be aware that blending hot foods can be dangerous. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure that your blender is suitable for processing hot foods and follow their instructions for safe blending.
