Nutricia Adult Research Award 2026

Nutricia is pleased to continue its support for important research in the field of nutrition support in enteral nutrition, frailty, oncology, and plant-based medical nutrition with the launch of the 2026 Adult Research Award.

This year we are offering customers the opportunity to apply for funding up to €15,000 for research into the nutritional management of patients within the hospital or community setting in the following clinical areas; enteral nutrition, frailty, oncology, and plant-based medical nutrition.

Eligible applications for funding include:

Clinical trials.
Service evaluations.
Surveys or audits exploring nutritional needs and management.
Healthcare use and/ or economic evaluation of nutrition intervention.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Tuesday 5^th May 2026.

Successful applicants will be selected by the Nutricia Medical Affairs and Research teams and all applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 5pm on Monday 3rd August 2026.

Applicants must be Nutricia customers working in the HSE, 18 years or over, and be CORU registered healthcare professionals. Open to Republic of Ireland (ROI) residents only (excl. Northern Ireland).
