1. Click on Products in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
2. On the left hand side you can toggle to show only products which are available to sample - or you can search for the product you are looking for in the search bar.
3. Once you have found the product click on it to open the full product page.
4. Then click on Login to order samples button - this will provide the ability to add a product to your cart.
5. Click on Add to Cart next to your product.
6. Your cart will appear on the right hand side, and you can then select the flavours/variants you want to order.
7. You can then either continue to add more products or click on Go to cart.
8. Review your products and click on Checkout.
9. As you have logged in, your details will be automatically populated on the checkout screen - should you need to change these details, you can do so in your Nutricia profile.
10. Once your patient details have been entered click on Next.
11. You can review your order to ensure all information is correct - tick the Healthcare Professional Declaration box and you will be able to confirm and place your order.

Please note: Our sampling service is here to allow the trial of different products and flavours. Below are our order limits:

• You can order samples from three different product ranges.
• 125ml and 200ml bottles: You can order a maximum of 4 bottles in total and a maximum of 2 of the same flavour/variant.
• Starter packs: You can order a maximum of 1 starter pack within a range.
• Tins: You can order a maximum of 1 tin within a range
• Sachets: You can order a maximum of 6 sachets and a maximum of 2 of the same flavour/variant.

Why do we ask for your patient's email?

1. The patient will receive updates on their sample orders as well as useful information from Nutricia on their general nutrition.
2. They will receive a feedback link unique to them where they can provide feedback on the samples that you have ordered for them.

Please note that Nutricia teams do not see sample feedback on an individual patient level.
