About Lorraine Maher: Lorraine obtained a BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition from University of Ulster and an MSc Dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University. She has a broad range of experience having worked as a  dietitian for over 10 years in the HSE, commercial and private sectors. During her career she has developed a special interest in the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). She completed post graduate training in the Low FODMAP Course at Kings College London. Lorraine is co-author of Gut Feeling, Low FODMAP recipe book and reference guide.
