Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Must be used under medical supervision. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Suitable for infants and children. Diet should contain adequate amounts of energy and essential fatty acids to meet daily requirements. Must be supplemented with a suitable fat source (e.g. MCT, LCT) according to medical condition and individual tolerance.
The quantity of feed and the dilution should be determined by a clinician or dietitian only, and is dependent on the age, bodyweight and medical condition of the patient. Recommended feed concentration: Each level scoop (4.8g) of powder requires 30ml (approx. 1 fl.oz.) of water to yield the recommended feed concentration (14.4% w/v, i.e. 14.4g of product made up to 100ml with water). *Osmolality at this concentration is 279 mOsmol/kg H2O. A lower concentration may be required initially until tolerance is achieved. Preparation: THE HEALTH OF YOUR INFANT DEPENDS ON CAREFULLY FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE. INCORRECT PREPARATION CAN MAKE YOUR BABY ILL. 1. To prepare bottle feed, wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area. Sterilise bottles and teats. 2. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes or until an electric kettle switches off. Cool for at least 30 minutes so that it feels warm to the wrist. Pour the required amount of water into a sterilised feeding bottle. 3. Fill the scoop provided with powder and level off with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the scoop. Only use the scoop provided.
Maltodextrin, lactose (from cow’s milk), skimmed cow’s milk, whey protein (from cow’s milk), calcium carbonate, inositol, sodium hydroxide, choline chloride, sodium L-ascorbate, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, ferrous sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, DL-α-tocopheryl acetate, choline bitartrate, zinc sulphate, taurine, nicotinamide, L-carnitine, calcium D-pantothenate, copper sulphate, thiamin mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese sulphate, chromium chloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, silicon dioxide, potassium iodide, phytomenadione, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, D-biotin.

Store in a cool, dry place. Always replace container lid after use. Once opened, content should be used within one month.
