Mashed potato (refer to Mashed Potato IDDSI Level 4 recipe)
Carrot puree (refer to Carrot IDDSI Level 4 recipe)
Optional ingredients:
Avocado & spinach puree (see Avocado & Spinach IDDSI Level 4 recipe)
Paprika to garnish
Extra equipment:
Palette knife
Piping bags
Method
- Refer to the IDDSI Level 4 videos & recipes for the foods listed above.
- Plate the broccoli, beef, mash and carrot as shown in the video. Optional garnishes.
